Serving Spanish, Tagalog and Farsi language seniors residing in Los Angeles County, in the San Fernando Valley area.
We offer activities and meals in partnership with the East Valley Adult Day Health Care Center.
For visiting their primary care doctor and nurse, participants go to the medical clinic at our San Fernando Valley PACE Center. Transportation from home to the medical clinic is provided by BCSC.
About East Valley Adult Day Health Center
The PACE center is a beautiful social center for participants. This center is renowned for its delicious food, prepared on our Los Angeles Jewish Health campus.
Participants enrolled in Brandman Centers for Senior Care see their primary care doctor and nurse here. There is a complete medical clinic for check-ups and treatments.
