Kim Stratman is a healthcare executive with over a decade of experience in senior services management and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of the Brandman Centers for Senior Care PACE, Kim excels in driving organizational success and enhancing the quality of care provided to residents and participants. With a proven track record of overseeing diverse housing programs, including skilled nursing, supportive housing, and Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), Kim prioritizes resident satisfaction while ensuring budgetary compliance and regulatory adherence.
Throughout her career, Kim has held various leadership positions where she demonstrated her ability to grow census numbers, engage employees, and exceed operational targets. Her strong communication skills, project management expertise, and commitment to exceptional customer service have made her a key figure in spearheading successful initiatives aligned with strategic organizational goals. Her leadership has garnered numerous awards such as the Silver Star Winner for Best Retirement Community, and she was nominated for the Chamber of Commerce 22nd Annual Women in Leadership and for the National PACE Association’s “Supernova” status. She has also been recognized for innovative telehealth programs and safe transportation initiatives.
Kim holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in healthcare management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In addition, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a licensed residential care for the elderly administrator. Passionate about advancing the healthcare landscape, Kim continues to foster positive change and growth within the organizations she serves.
