The PACE Model of Care
Brandman Centers for Senior Care is licensed to provide PACE in parts of Los Angeles county.
PACE is the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. This is a combined health plan and primary care provider.
Brandman Centers for Senior Care partners with specialists, home health providers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and other community-based services. Through these partnerships, BCSC can care for the whole person and support them where they are – in their own homes and communities.
