Location

Serving Korean-speaking and Spanish-speaking seniors residing in Los Angeles County, in the San Fernando Valley area.

We offer activities and meals in partnership with the the Sherman Way Adult Day Health Center.

For visiting their primary care doctor and nurse, participants go to the medical clinic at our San Fernando Valley PACE Center. Transportation from home to the medical clinic is provided by BCSC.
